Scrooge Project

The main scientific and technological aim of the project is the application of Web 2.0 technologies, semantic web technologies, and data mining technologies to personal and enterprise finantial management systems. Also the study of new security measures needed for the application of this new technological, economic and social model, to online banking.

This project will be developed using Romulus framework, to help improving the efficiency and the productivity. Scrooge will prove the advantages of using Romulus framework. Romulus framework will provide:

• Domain Driven Design . Roma <meta>Framework allows to build the web application with low effort. It's a new way to conceive the application: anything is a POJO, from the GUI forms to the persistent objects.

• Aspect Development . Scrooge uses Romulus framework to build a web application based in aspect.

• Decouple Development . Scrooge will integrate the latest breaking technologies without modifying your domain and application logic because they are really decoupled.

• Security Development . Wapiti, a Romulus tool, will ensure the project is secure.

• Semantic Web . Expose Scrooge data as semantic information without effort.

• JSP View . Flexibility design of the web view, including jQuery tools.

• MVC development . Model view-controller independent of a concrete implementation.
